Thanks for your mail. I am happy that the bank has finally know that they will not have any choice to delay payment of inheritance to relatives because the fund belong to a foreigner from same family and with information made available by you has served as an evidence that some families are aware of their late brothers fund left behind before death occured.

Now that the bank has contacted with prove of documents.

I will advise that you come to South korea by next week so that we do things together and see things also yourself. I am not a lawyer by profession and has no legal right to go to court on your behalf. If you can not be able to come immediately, I will advise that you contact the bank to appoint one of the best accredited bank attorney to represent you at the court here who is a Korean citizen.

I have made enquires on the deceased death certificate which is held by the hospital where late George finally give-up and it was confirmed that outstanding balance of $7,460.00 will be paid before the death certificate and its police report will be released to the deceased family member.

I do not know if you could please send to me any of your identificate to show to the hospital for the release of certificate to us here. I am arranging the $7,460.00 as soon as possible to the hospital and get the certificate and forward to you so that you send to the bank and wait for the court approval papers to avoid another family coming for the same claim again. once court papers are in your favour. there is nothing to worry about in future by both of us as everything will be come legal at the end of the day.
