The largest hot air balloon festival in the world at Lorraine Chambley Air Base - France.
The 11th celebration of LORRAINE MONDIAL AIR BALLONS, was held from Friday, July 24th to Sunday, August 2nd 2009. It's a biennial event.
To see just one balloon is awesome, but to see hundreds of them in the air is really marvelous. It is one of the must visit event for hot air balloon enthusiast and photographers.
Balloon Circle - The Great Prosser Balloon Rally
Very nice image of hot air balloon taken at Prosser Balloon Festival. Nice reflection that creates a circle of hot air balloons.
Prosser Balloon Festival was started 21 years ago by Ted Wirch, when he came to Prosser to his in-laws a ballon ride. On the air, he notice that Prosser was a beautiful place and notified other balloonist about Prosser.
On the first event of Prosser Ballon Festival, eleven hot air balloons joined the event. In 2010, the organizer is expects 30 hot air balloons will join the festival.
